Bachata Hot Sauce
We're excited to introduce Bachata, a unique and delicious combination of chocolate, bourbon, and habanero peppers. How does it taste? So glad you asked. Bachata's flavor has two very distinct waves: first, you'll taste the rich smoothness of the chocolate and bourbon. Then comes the second wave, featuring the heat of the habanero peppers. But since we're not aiming for the 'world's hottest hot sauce' here, that heat will grab your attention, then gently fade away. So each bite is as perfect and flavorful as the one before. Bachata complements pretty much any dish from meat to fish to chicken...eggs and veggies too. It's a hot sauce you'll want to leave on the table to enhance every meal. Honestly? You're just gonna love this stuff.​

Merengue Hot Sauce
We set a high flavor benchmark with Bachata, but I do have to say, with Merengue, I do believe we've hit the nail on the head... again!
The Merengue is a fun, sexy dance featuring lively music with a vibrant beat. Our hot sauce mimics that appeal by pairing the fresh tastes of basil and pineapple, then spinning the flavor in a new direction with the heat of habanero peppers.
Cheerful, brash, and provocative…just like the Merengue dance itself!
Merengue's garden-fresh flavor pairs well with a wide variety of foods…you’ll especially love it on chicken, pork, fish and veggies!

Dave's a trained chef. Hot sauce has always been his passion, so now he's combining his skills by creating hot sauce flavor profiles that fit his ideals.
Our goal is not to 'blow your head off' with heat...sure, our hot sauce is spicy, but it's more than just that. It's honestly...delicious.
We have no interest in being the hottest sauce around. That's a novelty, no doubt about it, but not something you want to put on the table and enjoy with lunch or dinner (or eggs, come to think of it).
Our goal is to create hot sauces that provide both heat and flavor. The kind of sauce that enhances--no! dare we say it? ELEVATES--your meal from the first bite through the last.
